GetRandomShot.com is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
- Shipping is non-refundable*
- A $25 Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear)
- Returns are accepted only on the full Random Shot package (Targets, Cone, Motion Sensor, Tote Bag all returned)
*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund
Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from GetRandomShot.com is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. All items will be shipped insured.
45- Day Warranty on Motion Sensors
Sports Technologies, L.L.C warrants to the original consumer purchaser of this product that The Motion Sensor and motion sensor only will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 45 days from the date of the original purchase. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, negligence, water damage, improper service or use or other causes not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship.
During this 45-day warranty period, the motion sensor will either be repaired or replaced (a GetRandomShot.com option) at no charge (except shipping and handling) to the consumer. The warranty is void without the original proof of purchase and dated sales receipt. Please call 631-728-8084 if problems persist.
Warranty exceptions
The Targets, Cones, and tote bag are not covered by any warranty and are purchased as is.
